I took the CPR class taught by instructor Cathy a couple of months ago; I was very excited yet scared to take it as I didn’t know what to expect since this was my first time taking a CPR class in general. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived, as Cathy made me feel immediately comfortable. Throughout the course, she made sure not only I but the whole class was following along and understanding the material. I would without a doubt take this course taught my instructor Cathy again when I need to obtain my CPR recertification.

This was one of the best CPR classes I have taken. My instructor was Cathy and she was great. Cathy was very informative, up beat and energetic, kept the class involved which Made me feel comfortable. That was very helpful to me because I tend to get nervous when testing. I highly recommend taking the class with Cathy.
